At B My Bride, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our clients. Please review our shipping, refund, and exchange policy below.
Shipping Policy
We offer reliable delivery services across South Africa.
Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: R99
-
Express Shipping: R150
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and your location within South Africa.
Please ensure that the correct delivery address and contact details are provided when placing your order. B My Bride will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refund Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if they are not satisfied with the product.
To qualify for a refund or return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

All tags, packaging, accessories, and product details must be included.

The product must not show any signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be in its original state.

The item must be untouched, unopened, and unused.

All original packaging, tags, and product details must be included.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Wig, Lace & Frontal Policy
For hygiene and quality control reasons, wigs, lace frontals, and closures must meet the following conditions to qualify for returns or exchanges:

The lace must not be cut.

The wig must not be worn, styled, altered, or washed.
-
The item must remain in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Any wig or hair product that has been cut, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Dresses & Garments
For dresses, garments, or clothing items purchased from B My Bride:

Customers have 3 days after receiving the item to inspect it for manufacturing defects or damages.

Any defects must be reported immediately within the 3-day period.
After this period, the item will be considered accepted in good condition, and no claims regarding defects will be accepted.
Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

Beauty and cosmetic products

Hair products that have been opened

Wigs or hairpieces with cut lace

Used or worn garments
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with:
